Jeb Stuart Rescue gets a new ambulance. A 2019 Ford F550 4×4 Osage Super Warrior XL with Power stretcher and oxygen lift Unit 310 will be replacing the current unit 310. A 2001, Ford F-450 4×4 Wheeled Coach. The squad received an 80/20 RSAF state hardship grant to fund the cost. The squad used the county capital improvements compensation to pay the remainder 20% for the unit.

This truck will be replacing a heavy used older 4×4 unit from 2001. The new unit will allow the squad to maintain there fleet maintenance and keep units up and ready for an emergency. Since the closing of Pioneer ER. The squad is now having to transport to longer distances than before. Increasing the wear and tear on their fleet.

Osage is currently finishing up the final touches on the new unit. According to Jeb Stuart Rescue Squad President Joanne Spangler, they hope to have the unit in service within 3 months.

Also included in the RSAF grant, A new Stryker Power PRO XT XPS stretcher.
